01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and GOB55 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the GOB55 platform, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and the use of all related services.

GOB55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the GOB55 platform following any amendments will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update will be shown at the top of this document.

02 GOB55 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for GOB55 membership and to access any of our services, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership
• Register under your own name with information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date
• Not an individual who has applied for or been subject to self-exclusion from any betting platform
• Not registering from a region or country where access to online betting services is prohibited
• Not acting on behalf of any third party or business entity in any transaction on GOB55
• Using legitimate personal funds that are not derived from any unlawful activity

03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one GOB55 account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual – whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details – are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your GOB55 username and password confidential. GOB55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• You must notify GOB55 immediately of any changes to your personal information or if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• GOB55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC, passport) at any time for account verification purposes.
• Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended or closed.
• Transferring account ownership or selling your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

GOB55 supports a wide range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). GOB55 does not accept foreign currencies or international payment methods.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's or a third party's account are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. GOB55 reserves the right to decline deposits from any source it deems suspicious without providing a reason.

05 Withdrawal of Winnings

GOB55 members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account identity verification has been fully completed
• No active investigations relating to your account at the time of the request
• All bonus wagering requirements (if any) have been fully met
• Minimum withdrawal amount of RM30 per request
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit

Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times vary by membership tier. GOB55 Premium and VIP members receive priority processing within 15 to 30 minutes. Standard members can expect funds to be received within a maximum of 24 hours from the time their request is received and approved. No withdrawal fees are charged for any supported method.

GOB55 reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal request if there is any suspicious activity, inconsistencies in information, or if a compliance review needs to be conducted. GOB55's decision in such matters is final.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

GOB55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal special offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated separately in its respective promotional terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most GOB55 bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the bonus validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being automatically forfeited.

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash
• GOB55 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time
• Abuse of the bonus system – including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly – may result in account termination
• GOB55 reserves the right to withhold winnings suspected of being obtained through bonus fraud pending completion of an investigation

07 Game Rules & Betting

All games offered on GOB55 – including slots, Sports Betting, lottery, Live Casino, fish shooting, and e-sports – are subject to their own specific rules, which are available in the platform's help section. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on GOB55 are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after a match has started, except under circumstances explicitly stated in the rules for that bet type. GOB55 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error or if the displayed odds were incorrect due to a system fault.

Game Results

The outcomes of all slots and lottery games on GOB55 are generated by an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG). All Sports Betting results are based on official outcomes declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, GOB55's system records shall serve as the final reference.

08 Prohibited Conduct

All GOB55 members must comply with the established conduct guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

• Registering or using more than one GOB55 account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or manipulate the system
• Transferring funds between different member accounts (chip dumping)
• Manipulating or exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the platform
• Funding an account using proceeds from illegal or suspicious activities
• Colluding with other members to cheat in games or to exploit the bonus system
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving in an offensive manner towards GOB55 support staff
• Making false claims about winnings or transactions to any third party

GOB55 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual involved in fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity involving this platform.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

GOB55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed to be a member under the age of 18
• False or incomplete registration information
• Betting activity showing signs of serious problem gambling
• Self-exclusion requests from members
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the GOB55 support team via LiveChat or email. Any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that do not meet the required conditions) will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 GOB55 Liability Limit

GOB55 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted availability. GOB55 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond GOB55's control
• Loss of data or winnings resulting from an internet connection failure on the member's end
• Valid game outcomes that did not favour the member
• Losses incurred as a result of a member's non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence

In all circumstances, GOB55's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

GOB55 values the privacy of all members. The collection, use, and protection of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with the policy set out in detail in Privacy Policy GOB55 which forms part of this agreement.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to GOB55's Privacy Policy. A summary of our privacy commitments:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of service operation and identity verification
• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data

12 Responsible Gambling

GOB55 is fully committed to responsible gambling. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial stress or serious personal hardship for any member.

GOB55 provides the following tools to help members manage their betting activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limit – set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings
• Loss Limit – set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period
• Session Time Limit – set a daily play time limit and GOB55 will alert you when you are approaching it
• Temporary Break – take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as needed
• Self-Exclusion – permanently close your account or suspend it for an extended period if needed

13 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

GOB55 reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
